Editorial Policy

Editorial Purpose

MoneyGlobe organizes foreign exchange, investment, crypto, expat finance, and geopolitical risk topics so readers can compare conditions and make their own decisions. We do not publish price-hype articles or one-sided investment claims.

Sources

When dealing with numbers or policy rules, we prioritize public information from organizations such as the IMF, World Bank, central banks, the Bank of Japan, Japan Financial Services Agency, ministries, OECD, BIS, statistics offices, listed-company IR, Reuters, and Bloomberg.

Company and Security Evaluations

  • We prioritize company IR releases, TDnet disclosures, EDINET filings, financial statements, and other primary sources.
  • Material facts include announcement dates, reporting periods, and source links where available.
  • We distinguish verified facts, analytical inferences, and unavailable or unverified information.
  • We examine contrary evidence, dilution, financial condition, liquidity, and downside scenarios as well as positive drivers.
  • Evaluations are conditional analyses of public information and market conditions, not recommendations to purchase or sell.

Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure

When a material relationship may affect an article evaluation, MoneyGlobe discloses it where reasonably identifiable. This includes capital relationships with the covered company, compensation or products received for producing the article, and holdings of the covered security by the operator. Advertising and affiliate links are separately labeled.

Corrections and Updates

If errors are found, we review the relevant source and update the article where necessary. Dates, rates, fees, laws, and campaign terms may change after publication.
